Urgent Care – Telemedicine Services for patients located in Kentucky or Washington

We offer prompt, same-day virtual care for a wide range of non-emergency medical concerns. Our services include evaluation and treatment for conditions appropriate for telemedicine, such as:

Respiratory & Viral Symptoms: Congestion, runny nose, sinus pain, tooth pain, COVID-19 symptoms, flu-like illness, fever, simple cough, sore throat, pink eye, and allergies

Pain & Discomfort: Headache (mild), ear pain, neck pain, low back pain, stomach ache/mild abdominal discomfort, muscle sprains/strains, motion sickness

Gastrointestinal Issues: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn

Dermatological Concerns: Minor rashes, eczema, poison ivy/oak, herpes zoster, oral herpes (HSV-1), genital herpes (HSV-2)

Urinary & Gynecological Issues: Painful urination/frequency, yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, minor gynecological concerns, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including partner treatment

Other Services: New prescriptions (when appropriate), medication refills, work and school notes, referrals for lab work, X-rays, and specialist consultations

Important Notes:

💲Private pay $75 (due at time of visit). Most insurance carriers reimburse $99 or more for telemedicine visits. An invoice will be provided so you may submit a claim to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of the $75 fee.

Lab and imaging results will not be interpreted by this clinic. Patients are responsible for forwarding their results to their primary care provider or specialist.

This clinic does not prescribe or refill controlled substances, testosterone, or fertility medications

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, the majority of which was spent providing care in emergency departments, I’ve witnessed firsthand the growing challenges patients face in accessing timely medical attention. Emergency rooms have become increasingly overcrowded, and many patients endure long wait times for conditions that could be more appropriately addressed in an urgent care setting or by a primary care provider.

Unfortunately, scheduling a prompt appointment with a primary care physician is often difficult. This gap in care access inspired me to develop a more efficient and patient-centered solution.

Our platform allows patients across Kentucky & Washington to connect with a skilled local nurse practitioner from the convenience of their home, workplace, or anywhere with internet access. We are committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care—quickly and efficiently.
